Hardware Engineer Interview Experience - San Mateo, California

Process

Despite Verily's commendable efforts and its impact on the healthcare industry through the introduction of medical SoCs, its interview process is extremely annoying. I had a terrible experience with an interviewer.

She missed the first scheduled phone interview and did not even apologize.

I feel that some Verily engineers lack sufficient soft skills to conduct an interview.

After rescheduling, she missed the second interview, and I then gave up on Verily.

Questions

There was no question, as the interviewer did not call at all.
