Some of the most brilliant technical staff I've seen anywhere. Favored projects are generously supported. The CEO is amazing at securing funding. Some projects have potential to be socially beneficial.
The company is not very good at making use of employees' skills. Management seems to avoid hard decisions. Technically weak projects can be pushed forward for years after they should have been abandoned.
Employees can't trust statements from management; everything is happy talk. The company doesn't value good ideas, while too many bad ideas get high-level support.
There is no meaningful mechanism for rewarding good managers. Employee evaluations are very subjective and can vary wildly by manager.
Diversity, inclusion, and sustainability initiatives are very limited and largely pro forma. Staff turnover seems quite high. Direction changes rapidly, with different parts of the company rowing in different directions.
Build trust with employees.
There's a lot of knowledge, skill, and wisdom in the ranks that's being wasted--learn to harvest it.

The interview process included: * HR screen * 1st round technical interview (object-oriented design) * 2nd round panel interview. The 2nd round comprised technical questions of the LeetCode variety, ranging from easy to medium difficulty, wit
The interview process took about three weeks. I applied through LinkedIn and received an email from a recruiter who set me up for a phone screening. My first phone screening was a little nerve-wracking, but I was able to solve the problem with a lot
