Most of the people you work with are great. Free food.
Where do I start? It used to be an awesome place to work, but in the last couple of years, it has gone downhill. Management is pretty incompetent, and office politics are rampant.
Constantly changing deadlines and priorities. Compensation is TBD, given the stock grants are frozen. Silent layoffs. Visa sponsorship has stopped for most roles.
