Worst career decision
Salary is not FAANG, but higher than average. Work-life balance is okay, but dysfunction takes an emotional toll.
The worst management and org design I've seen in a 20-year career. Engineering talent and culture are nowhere near Google and other top-tier tech companies. Politics trump technical merits. Bad apples are not dealt with (see bad management). No product-market fit. Everyone is just milking it until the money runs out.
Actually think about org design and coordinate better. Less politics and more meritocracy.
