I was highly disappointed with this office. The hiring manager was not prepared for the interview and was late. The staff seemed very unprofessional, not very organized, and not interested in optimizing processes. Defects were tracked on a whiteboard. I was not impressed.

Pros: Interesting technology. Security software is hot. Free pastries and fruit, and there is usually good training available. People are usually great because they screen applicants carefully before hiring them.
Cons: Having trouble deciding on what products to develop. RSA has pulled ahead. Layoffs were never announced to the press.
