The people you work with are the only reason to work here. Most of the "Worker Bees" are talented and productive.
Terrible communication; an East Coast vs. West Coast mentality hobbles this company. No standards are ever enforced, and no one is in charge. IT groups are all independent fiefdoms that do their own thing.
Get the core company ready to sell after you have sold off the rest of the divisions. This company will have problems if the middle management is not forced to work together.
