Process

First was a phone call from HQ in NJ about seeing my application. He told me that they usually hire within the company, but saw my application and he wanted to forward it to the hiring manager. A week later, the hiring manager gave me a phone interview. A week after that, there was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and the senior engineer.

Questions

Questions were all based on wireless communication, some straight out of my homework or test assignments at school (I went to school for a BS in Electrical Engineering).
