I interviewed in June 2021.
The interview was a 30-minute to one-hour phone call with an HR manager.
The HR manager asked basic behavioral questions, which was really easy.
The atmosphere was very positive and easy-going, and it made me not nervous.
They ran out of positions, so I couldn't get the job.

Pros: I have a decent salary given the amount of work I do. I have freedom to complete projects my own way as long as they are done correctly.
Cons: Many managers have built small empires in an attempt to gain power. These empires fight among themselves and prevent company growth.
