Pros: Market-leading company with good benefits.
Cons: The wireless carriers are presently in a "race to the bottom," and the focus in the office has gone from best customer experience to managing costs. It's a very bureaucratic organization, and the quality of managers is very uneven.

Cons: Still operates with the old company model from 25 years ago. Need to eliminate 1/2 of directors and VPs in the markets who are weighing down progress and employee morale.
