Engineering Interview Experience - Makati, Nueva Vizcaya
Process
Applied through a staffing agency.
Will be scheduled for an HR interview.
Will be scheduled for a series of technical interviews.
Applicants who pass the technical interview will be called by HR for an offer.
Negotiate compensation.
If both parties are in agreement, the contract is signed.
HR will inform the hiring manager of the status of contract signing and the availability of the engineer.
HR advises the applicant when he/she will report for work.
