Process
I applied through an employer. I had gone through three rounds of interviews, and they asked for a face-to-face meeting for the last round.
The phone call was more generic initially and eventually dived a bit more into technical aspects. The other round was more technical, and the face-to-face was general, with project explanations and scenario-based questions.
I went for 45 minutes, and it was cool. The lead was very friendly.
