Applied on Monday, and the in-person interview was scheduled for the following Monday. The panel consisted of one person on the phone and one person face-to-face. The manager on the phone asked mostly behavioral/situational questions, like "what if" and "how would." The team lead asked more technical questions of an intermediate to advanced level. I was asked to write about 10-12 SQL queries and also a small .NET code. It was a very good interview, and I felt very positive after finishing. My employer called the next morning and told me I was the top-rated candidate. On Wednesday, I got the news that I was selected.
