One interview! No video. Phone conversation that included a review of my background, a few clarifying questions on skills, and 5 or so "tell me a time" questions. Lasted less than an hour.

Interviewer was focused and had a clear understanding of the skills being sought. Told me a decision would be made the next week and I would hear something the following week.

Interviewed on Tuesday. Received email the Sunday after the decision week from the interviewer assuring me a decision would be made early that week. Received verbal offer from HR on Monday am (13 days from interview). Received written offer that same night.
