Good for starting a career, but bad for everything else.
Cons: Outsourcing, contractors, heavy vendor and acquisition-driven company. Talent retention and development are not at its core. Their priorities are stockholders, customers, and then employees in an ever more competitive environment for talent to drive business revenue.
