Well, let me just say, I never made it to the phone interview because I was stood up by the recruiter TWICE.
The first time was understandable. I get it, things happen.
So, the recruiter called me an hour after my time slot, apologized, and asked if we could reschedule (which we did for the very next day in the morning, and I confirmed the time).
So, I was all prepared for the interview the next day, and then 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes went by, and no call! I never received the call.
I was and am very annoyed, as it was not respecting my time.
If they do end up calling me, I'm not interested.
