It was a 2-hour long interview.
It was a structured interview with questions divided into 3 categories.
The process itself was really good, with detailed questions. The only thing is, there was little to no scope to check a person's creativity or real personality.
There were no case study-type questions or presentations. All in all, it was an old-fashioned interview. Nothing that would appeal to or attract young current talent.

I watched a highly effective and respected manager get overlooked for a director role by someone who had been with the company for only a few years but went through the VLDP program. I saw this several times.
