Pros: A great company overall. I have a great benefits package.
Cons: The way the company is run is a bit slipshod. The trend is to be Google-like, but it fails on so many levels. Management doesn't really care about the workers, just as long as the job is done. There is a pretense that management cares, but your response falls on deaf ears.
