I was recently interviewed at Verizon. I got a call from HR that I was selected for the role and they asked me to submit my documents. But after that, there is no communication.
I tried calling HR many times. Initially, a few times, she lifted the call and told me that we will release your offer letter this week, but after that, she is not lifting the calls.
Please let me know how long it will take to get the background verification done and release the offer letter because it's almost 3 months completed.
