My interview process began with an over-the-phone interview, which then led to a video conference interview. This was an automated video interview done through a computer system that asked you questions and gave you an opportunity to record your answers. Less than desirable, to be honest, but it was fine. This then earned me an invite to Verizon Super Day, where I had an in-person interview with the hiring managers for the position, as well as got an amazing tour of their headquarters in Basking Ridge, NJ. Verizon paid for flights, hotel accommodations, and food.
