Process

I spoke with a recruiter at a career fair at USC. I didn't think much about it, but later received an email saying that I should apply online for the position. I filled out the application, which was a bit cumbersome, and received an email about a week later to participate in a self-filmed interview. There were five questions to answer, and I had to record myself answering them within a reasonable time constraint. After passing this round, I received a behavioral and technical phone screen and received an offer early after this stage.
