Pros: The best part is the benefits and training/education. The sales environment can be tough, but the outside sales team is the best one to be on in the entire company. If you have a good manager, it’s easy to want to retire there, even with all the changes at the top.

Cons: Quota can be absurd but attainable when the entire team is participating.

Some places have terrible leadership, and others have amazing leadership. Don't judge the company as an entity based on the few leaders that shouldn't be around.
