First, I did a test that almost judges your personality, where you select which side of the spectrum you fall on. If you matched the type of person they were looking for, they then sent me an email to schedule an interview via Zoom with a potential hiring manager. They asked me some light technical questions about data structures and some general questions about me. A week later, I got a call that I got the position!
