Process
Attended walk-in for several positions (Software Engineer, Specialist, Lead, Architect, etc.) and was selected as Tech Lead.
All work-related questions will be asked; there is no written exam. There are only two levels of interviews, plus one HR interview.
Background verification is a very time-consuming process. It takes about a month, and I'm not sure why.
Many companies conduct background checks even after a candidate has joined.
