Test Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

I had two phone interviews. The first one was supposed to be with a few members of the team, but only the manager and one employee joined the call.

On the second phone interview, seven people were coming and going on and off the teleconference during the interview. Some of the same questions were asked, wasting time.

Both interviews seemed unorganized, and certain details about the job that I had questions about were not answered by the interviewers for reasons I can't explain.

I was told I was a top candidate, but months later, I have yet to hear anything pertaining to the job.

I doubt I would have taken the job if offered.

Questions

Explain how you would go about confronting your manager in a situation where you've discovered he/she has committed an illegal act.
