I was contacted by the hiring manager about a year ago. I could not interview back then.
I contacted him again after graduation. I got scheduled an interview!
At first, I was scheduled a phone interview that took about 30 minutes. He asked about my career goals, my expectations, my skills, etc.
I got scheduled an "in person" interview a couple of weeks later. The "in person" interview lasted for a couple of hours. I got to meet and greet the team, talked to the manager, and got a tour of the workplace.
After 2-3 weeks, I got scheduled a 2nd "in person" interview. The 2nd interview was an offer! I accepted the offer.
A drug test and background check took about 2 weeks. The overall process took over a month, but it's worth it!
