This is for new hires straight out of college. One interview is behavioral, and one is “technical” (they don’t ask you to code anything; they basically just ask you what your technical experience is, like what languages you’re proficient in).
Called by department employee to coordinate. No notice, within the same week window. Panel interview by six people, one of which was the hiring manager. Questions were excellent.
