It was an interview at my university. The first interview was in-person, followed by one phone screen. A few weeks later, a final call then for offer and benefits package discussion. Pretty straightforward.

It went very smoothly. One phone screen was followed up by two technical interviews. People were nice and responsive to any questions I had. The technical interviews were not super detailed or challenging. The difficulty came with behavioral questio
