Lots of new stuff comes every year that needs to be deployed and optimized.
Verizon only increases salary by a few percent every year, about 2-3% on average.
It would be good if they increased the salary based on your experience and the quality of work that you do.
For salaried employees, you don't get overtime.
Increase salaries for millennials.
