Nothing major to mention. Not a great place to work.
No work-life balance. No proper management of teams. No proper monitoring tools makes DBA support miserable.
Lot of other issues.
Some DBA team managers show high bossism. I recommend not to join Sarma's team.

A Skype interview, about 30 minutes. It's a one-to-one format interview and they asked me about 10 questions. No coding was required, just to answer the questions orally. The questions were at a middle level, just common questions to follow.
