You get to learn different skills, but many of them might not be necessary. A hybrid model with only one day in the office is a good thing if you like to WFH.
Very bad management. They don’t have a plan or a system to work things out. Senior management is very toxic and uses employees and forces them to work for their promotion.
Have systematic management; try to follow how other big companies do. You might have a great product, but you can always go for more. With the current position of Verizon in the market, you can achieve this, but with this management, you'll never be able to do so.
