Decent pay and benefits for the area.

Local management creates a very hostile work environment. Management takes time off requests personally and retaliates. Salary means 24/7 availability, including weekends, nights, holidays, and any requested time off. Questions are not allowed, and being able to read minds is expected.

Good employees make you look good and keep you employed; treat them like it.

Being a tyrant is not the same as being a leader.

Don't take out personal frustrations on employees.

Questions are the only way employees can learn.

The term insubordination is not applicable because someone asked for time off for personal reasons.

Someone's appearance or beliefs are not reasons to treat them poorly.

This is 2022; intolerance should not be allowed in a business place.
