Great place to learn and work
Amazing place to learn as an intern. The management was flexible, and the engineering staff was very open to passing along their knowledge.
Trying to get an associate position for long-term employment, as an intern had lots of red tape. I was looked over for some associate positions because they saw me as an internal hire.
Make sure HR is keeping opportunities for interns to become full-time employees open. It is a shame to train an intern and have them leave after their degree is complete.
