Benefits such as AWA (Alternate Work Assignment) basically mean working from home. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits are good.
Management does not listen and makes your job harder than it really is. There is no open-door policy at all. Retaliation will occur even if you are right.
Rewrite the policies and procedures, and understand where your department starts and ends.
Do not base your decisions just to make a number.
Stop the bulk uploads and make sure the data being entered in the system is correct.
Go back to the basics.
