Competitive pay and great benefits.

There are many great, professional, talented people working in this company, and many have worked for this company for years. I have learned a lot from these people.

No clear strategy vision. The company has been in turmoil for over 5 years. There are constant yearly reorganizations and staff realignments. Engineers are laid off almost every 3-4 months. Morale is very low as there is no security in working for this company. Engineering resources are stretched thin.

More follow-through on promises, more understanding of employees' needs, and more recognition for employees. Constantly laying off people will cause a mass exodus.
