Easy & Flexible. Initial round is for technical discussion, and after that, a managerial round where they asked about technical and situation-based questions. After that, I went for salary discussion.

When you apply for a role, make sure you meet the basic qualifications. Even better if you have preferred qualifications, which are considered a plus. Depending on the job, you may have a phone, video, and/or in-person interview.

I was applying for a Full Stack Developer role. After the vendor interview, the final round was only 30 minutes long and included two managers. Only one manager asked questions throughout the whole interview.
