Good work environment but lacks growth
Work environment is good and comfortable.
Increments are good compared to industry, even after COVID.
Very slow progress in career and knowledge. Using old development tools and lots of restrictions in using new technologies. Skill development compared to industry standards is low because there are no interesting / complex projects.
Micromanaging.
Location (Chennai) is also not interesting, especially for bachelors.
Feels like a government job with mundane work.
