Accountability seems to be lacking within the channels. Sr. Management is more worried about 30/60/90 day funnels than if Verizon is thought of as a trusted partner.

Advice to Management

Focus on holding teams accountable for driving relationships and bringing innovation versus the 30/60/90 funnel. The opportunity cost is huge, and the customer is whom pays the price.
