Good pay and benefits. Somehow stock keeps rising.
Expect to stay at the same level you get hired at because there is little advancement with this company, and they spend as little as possible on training.
They will also work you like a dog without regard for you or your family.
Executive management seems to have little clue as to how to run a company.
Lower your price, and you may get new customers. Demanding a 40% markup is unrealistic in this day and age.
Also, treat employees with a little respect. Stop off-shoring and out-sourcing jobs outside of the USA to save a buck. Nobody likes talking to a help desk from India or the Philippines.
