Good work-life balance. There is no work pressure. Flexi-timings.
Most people have no work.
Lots of managers and leads who became managers and leads just because they joined Verizon in the beginning are now good for nothing and cannot find jobs anywhere else.
Managers are recruiting people just to increase headcount under them and get promotions.
Don't allow new recruits unless and until all other resources are fully utilized.
