Just a phone company. It is very reluctant to branch out. There is no software development culture. Stay away if you want to build systems.

Branching out efforts are short-lived. That is why they are not developing any form of development experience or culture. Stay away if you want a stable software development job.
When you start a software enterprise, see it through. That is how you develop the experience as a company to make the next move. Some things require more than a year to generate fiscal return.
