Good pay and benefits.
Great job if you land in the right department with the right people.
Lousy management.
Constant reorgs result in mgrs who don’t know the job, so they resort to a BFF / Inner circle style of mgmt to get their job done. Very cutthroat in some depts. Some folks will try to throw you under the bus at every opportunity.
Also, constant layoffs. No room to advance... and if you do advance, you may be laid off. Last in, first out in most departments.
Top-heavy. Stop laying off the people who actually do the work and trim the upper levels. Keep an eye on the managers to ensure fair/equal treatment. Live by your credo and make sure management sets the example.
Was interviewed as a graduate. It depends on the team you are hired for. You have to be thorough with C++, OS, Data Structures, basic Networking, and DBMS – basically all Computer Science concepts.
Long and winding process. True Tone — Not available. Antireflective coating. A14 Bionic chip: * 6-core CPU * 4-core GPU M1 chip: * 8-core CPU * 8-core GPU
Applied online and got a call for an initial phone screen. The next round was a video recording behavioral interview. Next was an onsite interview, which went on for 2 hours. Got an offer after a month.
