Great team, highly professional, high-functioning team.

Cons

It was hard to get a raise. I was challenged when I took sick days on a Monday or Friday, two months back to back. I had legitimately gotten appointments on a Friday one month and then on a Monday the next month. My manager said there’s a pattern of taking sick days to make long weekends! It was so offensive and unfair.
