Attended walk-in for several positions (Software Engineer, Specialist, Lead, Architect, etc.) and was selected as Tech Lead. All work-related questions will be asked; there is no written exam. There are only two levels of interviews, plus one HR int
Engineering
Called by department employee to coordinate. No notice, within the same week window. Panel interview by six people, one of which was the hiring manager. Questions were excellent.
Software Engineer
Interview contains two rounds. First round is all about technical interviews where questions are from real-time work scenarios. Second round is a managerial round about previous project experience. Interview level is medium to slightly difficult.
