Verizon was very motivated to win back customers, which made my job more rewarding and kept me busy, as well as sharpened my sales skills.
The big business department was very aggressive and actively took away winback customers in an effort not to pay commissions to sales agents. This made it difficult for me to do my job and maintain a positive relationship with many sales reps.
Be willing to pay out commissions even if residuals are denied due to the circumstances of the contractual relationship, as long as the result is value-adding to Verizon in the long run.
Interview was easy and comfortable. Also very unprofessional. Interviewed 3 times for the same position 3 months apart. They seemed to hire the wrong candidate 3 times. No call back after interview, not even a follow-up rejection courtesy call. See

It was fairly easy. They asked about the projects in the resume only, and from those projects, they asked about the technical questions and all. The HR was very friendly and not so many picky questions.
