Pros

Good tech stack and lot of learning opportunities for software developers.

Cons

Poor company culture and attitude towards consultants.

No career growth path for consultants.

Management doesn't care about consultants, not even at a humanitarian level, and that reflects in all HR and IT policies.

Advice to Management

Software development consultants are also humans and deserve a little bit of empathy from company management.

When the office was open and we were going to the office, the company provided the same infrastructure to employees and consultants (chair, monitor, table, docking, etc.).

Almost two years of working from home, and no one from IT or management bothered to check if consultants needed anything to help them work, as if we were not considered humans.

When the contract ends, you can get all your things back; it's not like we will run with them.
