A very depressing place to work at right now. The department is in a free fall
- The Campus has a gym.
- Pretty good benefits.
- If you don't feel like working, it's a good place.
Horrible middle management. Horrible senior management. You must be in the right clique to get promoted. The promotions are never advertised or competed. Too many silos. Management only cares about the bottom line, not quality.
Stop trying to race to the bottom by cutting everything. We employees want to work at a department that gives outstanding customer service. Give us the needed tools. Hire some senior management that understands the importance of leadership.
