Get MBAs and PHDs. Require the same of the management chains. Align management chains with their true backgrounds. Put degreed engineers, professionally licensed engineers, and so forth in the management chain of engineering. Move Philosophy majors to HR or their strength. Make sure the managers in financial departments have the proper educations. Outsource areas outside of the core business, such as software development. There are many places that could increase profits and business if the management chains knew how to take advantage of people's talents and education to build new opportunities.
