In an ever-changing world, it is expected that a company will try to reinvent itself. However, if employees are not really on board, or should I say engaged with the new company ideals, then all progress that was made before could be lost.
Surveys and polls are not good indicators of employee focus. Most answers are merely fabricated to not "rock the boat". Look into comments when one-on-ones are happening with mid-management to get a good indicator of the attitudes.
