Nice people. Old-school telecom mentality; everyone stays in their silo. Things take a looooong time to get going. Not the place to go if you want to work on the latest technology. Contractors get treated like most everyone else.
Communications are terrible. Lots of meetings where nothing gets accomplished, but since the teams are geographically diverse, you can work while your meetings happen via phone. Office spaces are dismal.
None.
GD-Technical Interview-HR discussion The technical interview will be mostly based on core concepts and case scenarios. Many questions were based on AI and tools used for automation and analytics.
It was fairly easy. They asked about the projects in the resume only, and from those projects, they asked about the technical questions and all. The HR was very friendly and not so many picky questions.
3 rounds: 1st was technical, covering Java and DSA. 2nd round: DSA + System Design. 3rd round: HR + Techno-managerial, then Java and System Design. The interview was very good. They asked real-time scenarios, like idempotent keys, etc.
