You can learn the bad politics.
Worst place to work, mainly as a contractor. They treat you like slaves.
No work-life balance.
Worst management. If any issue comes up, they will find someone to throw under the bus, and then they will clean their collars.
Please learn some management skills.
If you are in that position, then take the responsibility instead of placing the cap on someone else's head.
You need to learn how to grow along with the team you are leading, not pull them or blame them.
